Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior CSA to join our team at Firstsource. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the management team.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is an asset.
