Compliance and Risk Manager

What Youll Do:

Keep our compliance policies and procedures current, relevant, and impactful.

Run internal audits to spot gaps and opportunities to strengthen compliance.

Build and manage our incident response program so we’re always ready to act quickly and responsibly.

Stay ahead of AI risks — helping us adopt new technologies with confidence and accountability.

Lead and mentor the QC team, building processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the company.

Create awareness and training programs so the whole team knows how to keep us compliant and protected.

Track new risks in the regulatory and tech landscape, and design smart, practical plans to address them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Compliance, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CHC, CISA, CISSP) preferred.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in compliance or risk management, including direct HIPAA exposure.

Proven experience leading compliance audits and developing incident response frameworks.

Familiarity with AI technologies, risks, and governance practices.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
