We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean design and be able to translate client requirements to user flows and mock-ups, and transform them to logical, aesthetically intuitive and functional user interfaces. As a part of senior position responsibility, they should also be able to explain the design to clients and take productive feedback & iterate the designs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product management and engineering team to define and implement features on existing lines of products.
• Execute on all design stages, from conceptual raw wireframes to high visual design and specifications.
• Craft design solutions for the real user problems & their pain points.
• Communicate ideas through user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Work with the team to enable the best version of them and bring out productive results.

Qualifications

• Should have a professional UX designer of at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent visual design & conceptual skills.
• Proficiency with at least one visual design tool and one wireframing tool.
• Familiar with common ui design patterns.
• Familiar with Figma thoroughly.
• Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React js frameworks.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience working on the same product for several iterations.
