To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate/Master in any stream (preferred MBA-Finance, B. Com, BBA)
- A minimum of eight year of experience in operations/administrative, compliance, risk management, legal, or regulatory affairs is essential. Experience within the financial services industry or a professional services firm is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing a compliance team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with compliance management systems.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret regulations and assess compliance risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently with well-developed problem-solving skills and understanding of processes
- Strong technical understanding of and experience in the RM function preferred
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
Technologies and Tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and report writing.
