This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of events, has a flair for client engagement, and brings a sharp eye for detail to every brief and pitch. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management throughout project lifecycles. Lead the end-to-end servicing of client accounts – from brief to execution and post-event feedback. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to prepare high-impact pitch decks and proposals. Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and supporting the BD team in outreach and engagement. Understand client needs and translate them into effective event solutions, ensuring brand alignment and ROI. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Liaise with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing within the events and experiential marketing industry . Proven expertise in preparing pitch presentations, proposals , and business communication. Hands-on experience in managing corporate events, brand activations, launches, exhibitions, and other live experiences . Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
