Client and market development:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and potential partners.

Sales and strategy:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure business.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruitment, to ensure client staffing needs are met.

Performance and reporting:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Analyze sales data and report on performance to senior management.
