Key Responsibilities• - Supervise daily operations of a team of analysts/investigators.• - Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and adherence to SLAs.• - Provide coaching, handle escalations, and conduct team training.• - Act as liaison between offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Requirements• - 5+ years in FinCrime/KYC, with 12 years in a supervisory role.• - Strong knowledge of AML regulations, transaction typologies, and operational controls.• -Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and carry out assigned jobs to completion. • - Effective communication skills.• -Ok to work in 24*7 environment, rotational weekly offs.
