Operation Senior Team Lead / Assistant Manager (Female Only)

What you will do

• Manage and track the productivity of the team and ensure the health of the client's Accounts Receivable.
• Efficiently and effectively providing management, oversight, and assurance that clients' cash collections and AR are in good standing and communication with clients is timely and proactive.
• Delivers timely required reports; initiates and communicates the resolution of issues, such as payor denial trends, collections accounts, etc.
• Stay current with the companys policies and procedures regarding AR activity, such as reviewing month-end reports and identifying trends

What you will bring

Minimum 1 year of experince

• Minimum a Graduate in any field of their choice.
• Ability to work in both night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST)
• Excellent People Management Skills with a minimum span of 15+ FTEs
• Excellent AR & denial resolution knowledge.
• Drives and monitors high-performance standards and service guarantees
• Strong leadership and ability to delegate and provide direction.
• Must be well-versed in the details of all levels and functions within the full scope of the Revenue Cycle of US Healthcare.
