Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haridwar for an Aptitude Trainer. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions on aptitude topics, assessing trainee progress, and providing feedback to enhance their skills. The trainer will prepare training materials, conduct workshops, and stay updated with the latest training methodologies. Collaboration with other trainers and maintaining training records will also be essential tasks.

Qualifications

  • Aptitude training skills, including mathematical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance
  • Proficiency in using training tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
