Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and execution.
Conduct redlining exercises for contract revisions.
Review and vet commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Provide legal support during inhouse legal matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Strong skills in contract drafting, review, vetting, and negotiations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
