Conducting internal inquiries and investigations related to employee conduct, compliance issues, and other matters across multiple jurisdictions. Advising on cross-border complications and ensuring investigations comply with local and international laws. Collaborating with stakeholders, supporting functions and other members of GDS and Global GCO to carry out and provide legal advice on investigation matters.
