Job Description

Key Responsibilities

timely and accurate monthly financial reporting

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and finalize all
monthly financial accounts
, including
P&L reports, Balance Sheets, and reconciliations
.
Journal Entries:
Prepare and process monthly general, standing, and reversing
journals
.
Audit & Tax Support:
Assist with the
annual statutory financial statements
, manage deliverables for the
year-end audit
(Deloitte), and assist the Tax Manager with
tax returns
.
Analysis & Review:
Prepare P&L
variance analysis
and monthly
Board Reports
.
Team Development:

Train and mentor
Assistant Accountants and proactively seek
process improvements
.
Compliance:
Ensure GL accuracy, review payroll posting, and maintain knowledge of financial and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

7 to 14 years
in the Accounting Domain.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
(B.Com preferred).
Preferred Qualification:

CA semi qualified
or
MBA Finance
is an advantage.
Technical Skills:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
(Advanced or above advanced expertise). Familiarity with ERP/Systems like Great Plains is a plus.

Shift: 4:30AM to 1:30PM (AUS Shift)
