Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

Manage the product portfolio including existing SKUs and potential additions or deletions.
Conduct regular
competition benchmarking
to stay aligned with market trends and product offerings.
Define and implement
product pricing strategies
to ensure healthy
gross margins
and competitiveness.
Support marketing in
ATL/BTL communication
development for new and existing products.
Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to identify product gaps and drive regional support strategies.
Analyze
import data
, sales trends, and consumer feedback to optimize product decisions.

Innovation Management:

Identify
emerging customer needs
and translate them into product ideas and innovations.
Conduct
Usage & Attitude Studies (U&A)
,
qualitative/quantitative research
, and competitor analysis to support new product development.
Drive
end-to-end product innovation projects
from ideation to launch (includes HP, Tankless, Gas segments).
Work closely with R&D, design, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless new product introductions (NPIs).
Develop and execute
go-to-market (GTM) strategies
for new launches.
Engage
influencers and stakeholders
for product advocacy and visibility.
Track and report product performance post-launch, making course corrections where necessary.
