Hiring: Direct Sales Specialist (Client Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities Acquisition and on-boarding of potential investors. Understanding business expansion strategies. Understanding investors area of interests and executing plans to on-board investors, cultivate profitable investor relationships. Resolve investor complaints quickly and effectively with an aim to preserve investor's interests. Entrepreneurship models: Identification and on-boarding of valued fund aggregators in rural and semi-urban geographies, achieving individual targets in the portfolio. Direct sales vertical: Effectively managing end to end investor lifecycle during the active tenure of business association with the clients. Coordination with backend support team for excellent investor service. End-to-end investor on-boarding, investor management, timely signing-off agreements with the Investors, ensuring in-depth knowledge on the investor variants available with the company (for investors with different capacity and appetite). Adherence with all the SOPs and compliances in line with the preset policies. Compliance with all the applicable taxes and investor awareness on the relevant SOPs. Preferred candidate profile Good at handling and managing investor relations, resolving queries within the least TAT. Zeal to work in business debt financing for business expansion and stage wise funding of new projects financing. Proven experience in investor relationship management with expertise in sales. Problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Attitude of fostering positive relationships with Clients. Investor-oriented mindset with expertise in Client Acquisition
