Role Overview:

Center of Excellence (COE) Manager

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

This role is pivotal in driving analytics-led decision-making, process reengineering, automation, and quality assurance to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transformation initiatives across the business unit.
  • Lead

    Six Sigma

    and

    Lean

    projects to enhance transaction quality and reduce operational costs.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to minimize manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Spearhead COE initiatives such as auto-audit algorithms, claims diagnostics, and intelligent workflow redesigns.
  • Conduct workshops and create executive-level presentations to communicate COE strategies.
  • Oversee deployment of tools aimed at improving delivery and reducing costs.
  • Manage denial prevention strategies and touch reduction initiatives to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to government and internal compliance standards, including training and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, WFM, automation, and finance.
  • Interface with client leadership and internal stakeholders to align COE goals with business outcomes.

Formal Education & Experience:

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • 58 years of relevant work experience (Healthcare AR calling experience preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising teams.
  • Experience in managing customer/payor relationships.
