Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a C, C++ DSA Trainer located in Kanpur. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on C, C++, and data structures and algorithms (DSA). Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and evaluating students' progress. The trainer will also collaborate with the instructional design team to continuously improve the training content and methodologies while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in programming.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C and C++ programming languages, along with proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Experience in teaching or training technical topics, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Capacity to design hands-on exercises, assignments, and projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with learners effectively.
• Additional knowledge in related programming or software development domains is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
