Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajsamand. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue generation. The role also requires maintaining a thorough understanding of CertED’s services and offerings to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, including client relationship management and negotiation expertise
Proficiency in market research, business strategy development, and competitive analysis
Ability to prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Knowledge of core services, such as technical training programs, software development, and digital marketing
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in business development or sales is preferred
