Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by leveraging existing business portfolios and building new client relationships. The ideal candidate will come from industries such as solar, auto ancillary, general trade, or EXIM (import/export) and possess a strong network and a proven track record in business expansion and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.

• Promote company services and offerings to potential clients in solar, auto, EXIM, and related sectors.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, sales presentations, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain detailed MIS and reporting on business development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development/sales.

• Industry Exposure: Preferably from Solar Energy, Auto Ancillary, General Trade, EXIM, or Import/Export.

• Portfolio: Must have a credible client or business portfolio.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
