About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Create clear, culturally resonant Hindi content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, knowledge-base articles and product UX copy while maintaining brand tone and style.
• Localize and transcreate English source content into Hindi, preserving intent and conversions rather than producing literal translations.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices: perform keyword research, optimize headlines/meta descriptions, and structure content for search and readability.
• Manage content in a CMS (WordPress), publish assets, and maintain editorial calendars to meet deadlines across cross-functional teams.
• Proofread and edit Hindi copy for grammar, clarity, and consistency; implement feedback from content leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape messaging that improves user engagement and reduces support friction.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• C1 proficiency in Hindi (CEFR) — native or equivalent advanced fluency required.
• Proven portfolio of published Hindi content (blogs, landing pages, emails or help articles).
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques.
• Experience with Content Management Systems—WordPress publishing and basic CMS workflows.
• Excellent Hindi proofreading and editing skills, with attention to cultural nuance and tone.
• Comfortable working remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting strict editorial deadlines.
  

Preferred

• Experience with SEO plugins/tools such as Yoast SEO, Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Background writing for SaaS, CX, or tech products and an understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
• Familiarity with basic English copy to coordinate bilingual content and translations.
