Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Supervisor with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Train and guide junior staff members on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC services.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing HVAC teams.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
