Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Supervisor to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing HVAC systems, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles.
  • Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
