Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Middle East/Gulf/USA Location: Noida Reports To: Head of HR / Talent Acquisition Director Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the Middle East/Gulf region, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing the recruitment of healthcare professionals, especially nurses and doctors, and experience in deploying nurses from India to overseas positions. This role requires robust leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape in the Middle East, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare needs of the Middle East/Gulf/USA region. Analyze market trends and competitor practices to stay ahead in healthcare talent acquisition. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create long-term recruitment plans, particularly for nursing and medical staff. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters specialized in healthcare recruitment across different locations. Ensure the team meets their recruitment targets and maintains high standards of candidate experience, particularly for nurses and doctors. Provide ongoing training and development to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance in the healthcare sector. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of healthcare professionals. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, particularly those specializing in nursing and medical staff, and other talent pipelines. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Candidate Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process for nurses and doctors, from initial screening to final interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process. Work closely with healthcare hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the selection of candidates who align with the companys values and goals. Implement assessment tools and techniques to enhance the candidate evaluation process, particularly for healthcare roles. Deployment and Compliance: Manage the entire process of deploying nurses from India to overseas positions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in the Middle East/Gulf region. Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand in the Middle East/Gulf/USA region by promoting a positive candidate experience and showcasing the company as an employer of choice, particularly in the healthcare sector. Work with the marketing team to create recruitment marketing campaigns that attract top healthcare talent. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market conditions, especially in healthcare. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and systems, with a focus on healthcare roles. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment technology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing recruitment in the healthcare sector, particularly in the Middle East/Gulf region. Proven experience in recruiting nurses and doctors and deploying nurses from India to overseas positions. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Middle East/Gulf region. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector. Multilingual capabilities.
