Healthcare Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Healthcare sector, your role will involve strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with various initiated projects across different departments. You will be responsible for managing the project/program governance framework and presenting progress, issues, and budget updates to the appropriate Steering Committee. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication flow between top management and the project teams for efficient project execution at both Project/Program and Enterprise levels. Your responsibilities will also include managing a cross-functional team of resources, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and streamlining project methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically align business vision and objectives with initiated projects - Manage project/program governance framework - Present progress, issues, and budget updates to Steering Committee - Facilitate seamless communication flow between top management and project teams - Manage cross-functional team of resources - Identify and implement process improvements - Streamline project methodologies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of core consultancy & project management experience - PMP certification or equivalent training - Knowledge of Healthcare Management and Insurance industry operations - Experience as a Healthcare Business Analyst - Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Experience in customer relationship management - Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and share actionable information within the organization,
