Healthcare Project Manager

About the Role

The person should have strong communication skills, good relationships with doctors and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a nationwide network of doctors and hospitals; onboard them on the platform
• Work with the marketing team to onboard users to book appointments for doctors
• Build rapport and maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for experts during the onboarding process.
• Thoroughly verify all information received to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all records are managed in line with privacy and confidentiality protocols.
• Generate periodic reports and updates for internal tracking and performance review.
• Adhere to any regulatory requirements

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

• MBA, preferably in healthcare and entrepreneurship
• Worked on two sized e-commerce networks, preferably in healthcare space
• 8-10 years of work experience
• Experience in bringing customers on the platforms
• Expertise in handling sales team; willing to travel across India
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Curious on technology and innovation
