About the Role : We are looking for a project manager to set up our Doctors Programme of Happiest Health. The person will be involved in setting up a doctor’s appointment aggregator service. The person will maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and hospitals across India and enrol them for the platform. The person should have strong communication skills, good relationships with doctors and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Build a nationwide network of doctors and hospitals; onboard them on the platform Work with the marketing team to onboard users to book appointments for doctors Build rapport and maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for experts during the onboarding process. Thoroughly verify all information received to ensure accuracy and compliance Ensure all records are managed in line with privacy and confidentiality protocols. Generate periodic reports and updates for internal tracking and performance review. Adhere to any regulatory requirements Key Qualifications & Competencies: MBA, preferably in healthcare and entrepreneurship Worked on two sized e-commerce networks, preferably in healthcare space 8-10 years of work experience Experience in bringing customers on the platforms Expertise in handling sales team; willing to travel across India Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clinical excellence, smooth operational workflows, and a consistent patient experience in a fast-paced and digitally enabled healthcare environment. What will you do? 1. End-to-End Consultations Management Oversee the entire lifecycle of eConsultations, from patient registration to post-consultation follow-up. Monitor scheduling, execution, and documentation of virtual consultations to ensure quality and efficiency. Collaborate with clinical and support teams to resolve patient queries and ensure seamless consultation delivery. 2. Doctor Management Supervise the daily operations of the virtual doctor network and ensure readiness to deliver consultations. Process Optimization Continuously identify and address bottlenecks across operational workflows.
