Building a strong doctor network. Meet doctors on a daily basis in the assigned territory. To Conduct Awareness Program for General Public in the Doctor Hospital/Clinic on Various eye Awareness day. To Conduct Camps for Hospital / Doctor Clinic / Chemists Association & General Public. To Audit the Referral kit has been delivered to the Referee. Focus on increasing the walkins and patient footfalls in the hospital. Cluster CR - Job Description (Mumbai) Need to drive 3-4 branch corporate business Need to visit MIDC , Private corporates, Manufacturing companies etc. Need to meet HR / Doctors/ Admin and fix Camp , Health talk , Privilege card or collaboration for OPD and IPD business etc. Cluster CR Insurance (Mumbai) Role should be in Mumbai regional Need to meet Insurance Agents those who are selling policy to retail costumer for referring Patient , candidate should know Insurance business , other work will guide Refractive CR Dedicated for Refractive business Need to visit Collages, academy, salons chain , marriage beuro etc *Responsibilities can be modified subject to necessity.
