Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage healthcare project operations and data-related activities at our IIT Mumbai site. The role involves leading end-to-end project implementation, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project implementation

  and ensure smooth execution of all on-site operations.

• Monitor, analyze, and manage patient data

  using our in-house healthcare platform, WHIMs.

• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders

  , including healthcare providers, researchers, and partner institutions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams

  such as Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management to maintain consistency in communication and project goals.

• Ensure compliance

  with healthcare regulations and continuously work to

  optimize operational processes

  .

• Maintain flexibility to support operations round the clock

  , as required by project timelines or on-site needs.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  NGO operations

  , community healthcare, or public health initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a

  Project Coordinator

  or in a similar operational role is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to

  travel to the Kolkata corporate office once a month

  for reviews and coordination meetings.
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting on-ground teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Healthcare Management, Public Health, Life Sciences

  , or a related field.
• Proficiency in

  data monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach to project delivery.
