Role Overview — Healthcare Consultant
As a
Healthcare Consultant
at NPPD Care, you will work directly with the founder and strategy team to
design, optimize, and implement healthcare programs
for hospitals and wellness centers.Your insights will shape how we bridge the gap between
clinical practice, preventive care, and business sustainability
.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hospital and clinic audits to assess current workflows, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Design preventive health and wellness frameworks tailored for hospitals, corporates, and gyms.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, administrators, and external consultants to implement pilot models.
- Identify revenue optimization and resource utilization opportunities across healthcare units.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality improvement strategies based on real data.
- Support training and capacity-building programs for staff on wellness, operations, and patient engagement.
- Contribute to research, proposals, and presentations for hospital management and potential investors.
- Work closely with the business operations and partnerships teams to scale hospital programs across cities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or Clinical Practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an understanding of hospital operations.
- Passion for innovating in healthcare delivery and improving patient-centric outcomes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, early-stage environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with medical professionals and administrators.
