This is a 100% voice-based role focused on interacting with US insurance providers to resolve claims and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: International Voice Support: Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding medical insurance claims. Claims Management: Track and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and billing discrepancies with accuracy. Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions and updates in the internal database. Quality Standards: Consistently meet daily targets while maintaining high-quality service and compliance. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates only). Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Service or International Voice Processes (AR Calling experience is a plus). Communication: Excellent English speaking and written skills are mandatory. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner. Shift Details: Shift Type: Permanent Night Shift (US Shift). Timing: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Work Setup: Full-time, On-site (Vadapalani office).
