Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Administrator at Ignitio Child Development Centre in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and resources, coordinating therapy schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to meet the needs of children and their families. The Administrator will also lead and support staff development through training sessions, foster excellent communication within the team, and maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes facilitating efficient administrative processes and upholding compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with staff, families, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to manage financial planning and operational efficiency
• Experience in Training and staff development initiatives to ensure ongoing professional growth
• Knowledge of Home Care and community-based support services
• Organizational and leadership skills to manage a team and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a healthcare or child development setting is an asset
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the healthcare domain
