Healthcare Administrator

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operations of the facility while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your main duties will include: - Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff - Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Oversee daily operations and implement policies to enhance efficiency - Monitor resource allocation to ensure smooth facility operations - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA - Set short- and long-term goals for the facility - Evaluate opportunities for improvement and analyze data to enhance patient care and services - Act as a liaison between staff, management, patients, vendors, and the public - Communicate facility needs and goals to stakeholders - Maintain and manage patient records and other facility data with accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications required for this role include: - Age limit: 20 to 30 years old Please note that the job types available for this position are full-time, permanent, and fresher.
