Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Supervisor, based in Bhatparrani. The responsibilities of this role include implementing and monitoring health and safety programs, conducting inspections, investigating workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and promoting occupational health initiatives. The role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Health & Safety practices including risk assessment and safety training
Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and standards
Knowledge of Occupational Health protocols and the ability to implement health initiatives
Expertise in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Skills in conducting thorough Inspections for workplace safety and regulatory adherence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications are a plus
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
