Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna for the role of Headmistress at our play school. The Headmistress will oversee the daily operations of the school, provide educational leadership, and ensure the effective implementation of curriculum strategies. Responsibilities include managing and guiding a team of educators, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and ensuring compliance with educational policies and standards. The Headmistress will also maintain communication with parents and staff to support the overall development and education of young learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and expertise in Pedagogy
• Proven skills in Education and Educational Leadership
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and students
• Ability to inspire and manage a team towards achieving educational goals
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with national education standards, including NEP and ECCE
• Previous experience in managing or teaching in pre-primary education is a plus
