Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Product Marketing Leadership

  • Define and drive end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and key updates.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight mining to inform positioning and product development.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Digital, Ops, and Customer Experience teams to influence roadmap and adoption strategy

Brand Marketing Strategy

  • Build and evolve a differentiated health-based brand narrative, tone of voice, and visual identity aligned with business priorities.
  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across channels TV, print, digital, social, influencer, and experiential.
  • Strengthen top-of-mind awareness and brand love through storytelling, purpose-led marketing, and consistent CX.
  • Own brand tracking and health metrics (awareness, consideration, etc.).

Digital & Performance Marketing Oversight

  • Own paid digital strategy across performance channels: search, display, video, social, affiliate.
  • Lead the performance media agency and internal teams to deliver on CAC, ROAS, and attribution goals.
  • Optimize the full-funnel journey: from awareness to acquisition to retention.
  • Champion Martech innovations, automation tools, and measurement frameworks related to the vertical.

Social Media, Content, and Influencer Strategy:-

  • Guide the content and social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee content production including short-form, long-form, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and agencies to build brand advocacy and engagement.
  • Monitor trends and sentiment; manage online reputation and brand mentions

Digital Innovation & AI Adoption

  • Lead the discovery and implementation of emerging AI/GenAI tools for content creation, media optimization, and customer interaction (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines).
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends to future-proof campaigns and teams

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and build high-performing marketing sub-functions product & brand marketing, digital marketing & analytics.
  • Foster collaboration with all cross-functional team leaders and leadership team for aligned growth strategies.
  • Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.

Preferred candidate profile

  • The candidate should possess strong and relevant exposure within the Insurance domain, preferably Health Insurance or General Insurance, with proven expertise in managing leadership roles. They must demonstrate a deep understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, customer-centric practices, and operational excellence. The role requires hands-on experience in driving business growth, managing large teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • The role requires expertise in developing innovative insurance products, leveraging digital platforms to enhance customer acquisition and retention, and managing end-to-end product lifecycle. The candidate should be adept at leading cross-functional teams, building digital ecosystems (including web, mobile, and partner platforms), and aligning product and marketing strategies with regulatory compliance and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead digital campaigns, optimize marketing ROI, and drive customer-centric innovations will be critical.
  • introducing tech-driven solutions (AI, analytics, automation) to scale digital outreach will be a strong advantage.
