Key Responsibilities .
Quote management – Ensuring timely and quality quotes Skill Sets Underwriting .
Sound knowledge of property and marine lines of business .
Market engagement – developing confidence with intermediaries on the underwriting capabilities of the company .
Portfolio management – monitoring performance on top line as well as bottom line and contributing to corrective measures for deviations .
Profitability – ensure product level and regional level profitability .
Growth – ensure contribution to company’s top line in coordination and collaboration with sales team .
Strong evaluation and assessment skills for risk selection Effective .
communication skills for developing market presence .
Analytical abilities to analyze profitability .
An eye for excellence in terms bringing innovative ideas to cater to market requirements .
Social skills to develop rapport in local market and bring in market intelligence .
Need 6-10 years of experience in commercial underwriting
