Head - Technology

We are seeking a senior technology professional to lead and manage all technology functions of our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s technology roadmap, building digital infrastructure, and implementing innovative technology solutions that support sales, marketing, operations, customer experience and MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in real estate through AI, data analytics, AR/VR, IoT, and smart home solutions.

• Set up business intelligence dashboards for real-time decision making.

• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and ensure data security & compliance.

• Implement and manage CRM, ERP, and automation systems to streamline sales, operations, and customer lifecycle management.

• Build and oversee websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms for customer engagement.

• Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field with MBA degree preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership, with exposure to real estate, PropTech, construction, or e-commerce domains.

• Hands-on knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, IoT, blockchain, automation).

• Strong expertise in CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
