Head - Technology

As a highly-skilled Head of Technology, you will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business. You will work directly under the CEO, acting as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that impact the current and future operations of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. - Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services. - Manage technology budgets and time frames. - Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, scalability, and efficiency. - Build quality assurance and data protection processes. - Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. - Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics. - Use stakeholders" feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. - Communicate technology strategy to CEOs and the Board. - Work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements. **Qualification Required:** - Proven experience as a Technology Head/Engineering Head or similar leadership role. - About 15 years of work experience & a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as a VP/Technology Head. - Good exposure to Agentic/Gen AI tools and technologies. - Experience in working on Ed-Tech platforms will be highly desirable. - Experience working on B2B and B2C domains and platforms will be useful. - Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. - Excellent project management skills; agile is mandatory.,
