Job Description

Essential

Develop a high performing L&D team and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy
Conduct training needs analysis and addressing skill gaps
Design and oversee training programs, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and leadership development.
Collaborate in creating career paths for the employees at all levels
Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and tracking KPIs and ROI
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategies and align learning initiatives
Stay updated on L&D trends and technologies
Oversee the development of training material
Manage the L&D budget and resources
Lead and mentor the L&D team
Work from office role (All 5 Days, 12 pm to 9 pm shift)

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
8-10 years of experience in a senior L&D role
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and evaluation
Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms, training development software and tools
Data-driven mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively
Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD, SHRM-CP)
Experience in change management and talent management (preferred)
