Job Purpose:
We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Head with 7 to 12 years experience in recruitment from a manpower consultancy/search firm background. The role requires proven expertise in hiring for the real estate and wellness spa industries, with a strong track record of closing critical positions such as real estate sales professionals, spa managers, wellness therapists, and operations heads. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end hiring process, develop talent pipelines, and ensure high-quality hires in line with business expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion goals.
- Partner with business heads to forecast manpower needs for
real estate sales
and wellness spa operations
. - Maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring and leadership roles.
Recruitment Operations
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment
from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Specialize in
closing positions for sales, spa managers, and business development roles
. - Use manpower consultancy skills to deliver
fast closures and quality hires
. - Manage sourcing through
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and headhunting
.
Employer Branding
- Build
ODE Spa Wellness
as a preferred employer in the luxury wellness and real estate sectors. - Create recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
Process Excellence & Technology
- Implement and manage
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
for recruitment tracking. - Define and track KPIs such as
Time to Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Quality of Hire, and Retention Rate
. - Standardize interview processes and assessment tools.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads to align on job requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain excellent candidate relationships to improve offer acceptance rates.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on
real estate and hospitality/wellness industry hiring trends
. - Conduct market mapping and competitor salary benchmarking.
Leadership
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team for optimal performance.
- Ensure timely closure of roles across all business units.
