ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Head
who will lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain from demand forecasting and procurement, through production, to warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile logistics. You will ensure cost-effectiveness, agility, and sustainability as we scale our operations. You will design processes to match demand with supply, manage logistics partners, improve warehouse efficiencies, and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with production, merchandising, design, finance, and our marketplace teams to build a resilient supply chain that supports our vision of delivering better basics, simply and sustainably.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Own and execute the supply chain strategy, including demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and outbound logistics.
Develop robust demand forecasting models to align production and procurement with real market trends.
Build and manage a reliable network of domestic and international vendors and logistics partners.
Optimise inventory management to balance availability and working capital efficiency.
Lead warehouse operations ensuring accurate stock counts, efficient space utilisation, and smooth dispatch operations.
Oversee last-mile delivery and returns processes for a hassle-free customer experience.
Identify process gaps and deploy tech-enabled solutions for real-time visibility and control.
Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Fill Rate, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Unit.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks such as supply disruption or demand spikes.
Drive sustainability initiatives across sourcing, packaging, and logistics.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics professionals.
Collaborate with founders and senior stakeholders to align supply chain strategy with overall business growth.
WHO YOU ARE
8+ years of experience managing supply chain, forecasting, logistics, and warehousing in a consumer products company (apparel/lifestyle sector preferred).
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Proven track record in demand planning, vendor negotiation, warehouse optimisation, and last-mile logistics.
Deep understanding of ERP systems, inventory planning tools, WMS, and freight management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong cost focus.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach teams and drive accountability.
Effective communicator, comfortable presenting supply chain plans to cross-functional stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving D2C business balancing precision with agility.
