Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, drawing parallels with the role of a Manager at the Founder's office, located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for or evaluating M&A opportunities, fundraising (both equity & debt), including approaching financial institutions, creating pitch decks, and managing relationships with traditional FIs/ IBs/ and potential investors. The candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying and documenting business requirements. Basically, shadowing the CEO.

Qualifications

• Experience in company assessments, Due diligence on prospective acquirees.
• Experience in drafting/ formulating JVs, business partnerships
• Fundraising activities, such as approaching and managing investors, creating pitch decks, and presenting the business to potential investors
• Experience in business analysis, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholder
• Analytical skills, including the ability to work with complex data sets and analyze transactions
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to present and persuade stakeholders
• Knowledge of business processes and understanding of business requirements
• Experience / knowledge of construction material/ commodity supply chain
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields / B. Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) from IIT / NIT
• Prior consulting experience at MBB or a senior position at other leading business consulting / VC firms is a MUST
• Past Founders / Co-Founders with experience in evaluating deal sheets/ term sheets/ an over arching control over the business a huge plus.
