Job Description

Strategic Leadership

. Formulate and implement long-term strategies for specialty y{ ppducts.

r ldentify and capitalize on new markets, applications, and technological advancements.

Align the specialty yarn division's objectives with organizational goals.

Operations Management

. Supervise all operations for specialty yarns, including sourcing, spinning, blending, and finishing.

. Manage production planning for bespoke and innovative yarn types (e.9., blended, functional, sustainable, highperformance).

Oversee and analyze key metrics related to productivity, cost control, lead time, and efficiency.

Product & Process lnnovation

. Lead research and development for new specialty yarns to meet emerging customer needs.

. Scout and implement cutting-edge yam technologies, fibers, and sustainable solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in product performance and process reliability.

Quality Assurance

. Establish rigorous quality standards for specialty yarns based on client and industry requirements.

Manage testing, certification, and troubleshooting of yarn properties (strength, fineness, dyeabilty, etc.).
Develop systems for traceability, defect reduction, and customer complaints management.Role & responsibilities
