Manage production planning for bespoke and innovative yarn types (e.9., blended, functional, sustainable, highperformance). Oversee and analyze key metrics related to productivity, cost control, lead time, and efficiency. Product & Process lnnovation . Lead research and development for new specialty yarns to meet emerging customer needs. . Scout and implement cutting-edge yam technologies, fibers, and sustainable solutions. Drive continuous improvement in product performance and process reliability. Quality Assurance . Establish rigorous quality standards for specialty yarns based on client and industry requirements. Manage testing, certification, and troubleshooting of yarn properties (strength, fineness, dyeabilty, etc.).
