Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Driving Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Excellence

Overseeing end-to-end sourcing, purchase, and vendor development activities across domestic import vendors
Ensure cost optimization, quality assurance, uninterrupted material supply.
Cross-Functional Customer Coordination
Executing Commodity Sourcing & Costing to achieve cost competitiveness and design-to-cost objectives.
Leading Daily Operations & Production Readiness Reviews
Driving cross-functional teams for new program management, forecasting resources, and managing timelines for new vehicle launches, facelifts, and regulatory changes.
Administering Bidding & Contract Management: Preparing and issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids and proposals, awarding contracts, and ensuring compliance with commercial, technical, and legal terms.
Global Sourcing Strategies
Managing inbound and outbound logistics
Strengthening Inventory & Stores Management
Optimizing Supply Chain Performance Metrics: Tracking and achieving planned KPIs on efficiency, inventory turnover, transportation cost, and service level agreements through data-driven decision-making.
Fostering Stakeholder & Government Relations: Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with OEMs, suppliers, logistics partners, and government authorities to ensure compliance and uninterrupted supply chain operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Full time Engineering degree is must
& MBA / PGDBM is desired
Candidate having hands on working experience of managing entire gamut of SCM with auto components manufacturing company
working experience with MNC OEM's, Korean OEMS is desired
