Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager

  • Building brand awareness
  • Driving thought leadership
  • Enhancing brand presence and preference
  • Generating leads and enquiries via digital and physical platforms

The role also entails managing communication consistency across internal and external channels to reinforce GCs identity and credibility in the dental industry.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education:

    MBA Marketing (Preferred)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 7 years in marketing communications, preferably in the

    dental

    or

    healthcare

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Management

  • Identify and participate in key branding and sales events
  • Negotiate stall allocations and speaker opportunities (KOLs) for conferences
  • Organize and manage on-ground marketing activities during events

KPI:

Website Management

  • Keep website content up to date with latest product launches
  • Coordinate with vendors for on-page SEO optimization
  • Conduct regular analytics using Google Console & Google Analytics
  • Track product ranking improvements in search engines

C. Company Membership Program

  • Promote and monitor Company Membership enrollment
  • Engage key customers through exclusive membership benefits

KPI:

Social Media Management

  • Plan and create content for platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp for Business
  • Optimize posts (meta tags, alt tags, descriptions)
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns via social media channels

KPI:

Content Creation

  • Create impactful content for:
    • Sales documents
    • E-newsletters
    • Website and landing pages
    • Social media and testimonials

KPI:

Corporate Communication

  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand tone across all communications:
    • Website
    • Social media
    • Email campaigns
    • Dental events branding

KPI:

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal:

    Associates, Sales Managers, Department Heads
  • External:

    Customers, KOLs, Event Organizers, Creative & Digital Agencies
