Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales growth through team coaching, distribution expansion, and SKU availability.
Ensure disciplined execution via structured reviews and market visits.
Exposure in data tools (DBMS, SFA, Excel) for tracking and reporting sales performance.
Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels.
Distributor Management: Provide timely solutions to distributor needs and ensure brand consistency.
Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to support product launches and brand initiatives.
Should be Travel extensively to engage teams and distributors.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate in Management from premier Institution with 10+ years of expereince in sales, Preferably in FMCG Industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven sales management skills.
Aggressive and execution-focused mindset.
Fluent in English and Tamil languages.
Lead and manage large sales teams across South India.
