Head Sales Planning & Strategy (Linear & Digital)

Role Overview: At Zee Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across Zee's Linear Television and Digital businesses through innovative, data-led, omni-channel sales strategies. Your objective will be to grow partnerships with advertisers by transforming sales effectiveness, client engagement, and revenue diversification in an evolving ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Drive topline revenue growth by implementing pricing innovation and client-specific monetization strategies - Create differentiated revenue models and dashboards to enhance sales efficiency and accountability - Design integrated omni-channel client solutions across Linear TV and Digital platforms to maximize Zee's ecosystem advantage - Lead annual sales planning, including account segmentation, target setting, and quota allocation - Build strong CXO-level relationships with decision-makers at client organizations and advertising agencies - Develop lead-generation and pipeline-building strategies leveraging sales ecosystem partnerships and data insights - Build and mentor a high-performance sales & strategy team with expertise in client engagement and omni-channel solutioning Qualifications Required: - 18-20 years of progressive experience in media sales, revenue strategy, analytics, or business leadership with exposure to both TV and Digital ecosystems - Deep understanding of media consumption trends, audience measurement, performance marketing, and cultural context in India - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration Company Details: Zee Entertainment is a global content powerhouse with a mission to entertain, inform, and empower diverse audiences worldwide.
