Job Description

We have an urgent opportunity for

Head Sales & Marketing (Scaffoldings)

position with a renowned Manufacturing High-Quality HR Pipes, GI Pipes, GP Pipes, MS Pipes, HR Coils, and Billets that exemplify precision engineering and enduring strength
Lead the sales and marketing function for steel scaffolding products, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships. Responsible for strategy, team leadership, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Create pricing models, forecast sales, and monitor profitability.

Business Development

  • Identify new markets, distributors, contractors, and EPC clients.
  • Expand scaffolding sales in regional and international markets.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and project clients.
  • Provide technical guidance on scaffolding systems
  • Conduct site visits and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Branding

  • Oversee development of marketing materials, catalogs, and digital content.
  • Plan marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and track marketing ROI.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the sales & marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure team productivity.
  • Conduct product and sales training.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for timely delivery and collections.
  • Provide market insights for new product development.

Note

Telugu language is mandatory alongwith Hindi and English

Job Location:

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing

Experience:

8 to 12 yrs
