Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve

    revenue and profitability targets

    for synthetic rubber products (NBR, NVC & Powder).
  • Manage and expand sales to

    Tyre and Non-Tyre industries

    in India and globally.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage

    channel partners, consignment agents, and dealers

    .
  • Ensure

    sales monitoring, collection management, and compliance with statutory requirements

    .
  • Gather and analyze

    market intelligence & competition activities

    ; prepare sales forecasts and marketing plans.
  • Drive

    business development initiatives

    by establishing new customer contacts domestically and internationally.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term customer relationships

    .
  • Collaborate with

    R&D, Production, Materials, and Finance

    teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Manage

    receivables

    effectively.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing

    sales team

    .

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer, Chemical, or Rubber Technology / M.Sc. (Polymer/Chemical)

    .
  • MBA/Diploma in Marketing

    (optional, preferred).
  • 15 20 years

    of experience in

    sales of synthetic rubber, rubber chemicals, or related products

    .
  • Prior experience in

    medium/large-scale industries in polymer/rubber sectors

    is essential.
  • Exposure to

    Tyre/Rubber industries

    or supplying to these industries (highly preferred).
  • Preferred Age

    : 40 – 45 years.

  • Strong

    techno-commercial knowledge

    with sales experience in rubber and chemicals.
  • Ability to

    lead a team

    and deliver results under challenging market conditions.
  • Proficiency in

    data analysis, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

    problem-solving and decision-making

    abilities.
