Head- Sales HR

You have an exciting opportunity to join a top pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai as a GM/Sr. GM- Human Resources. With a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience, including strong experience in sales HR, you will be leading a team of HR professionals in this role. The package offered for this position is up to 60 LPA. As the Head of Sales HR, your primary responsibility will be to drive the HR strategy for the commercial function. This involves closely partnering with business leaders to enhance field-force effectiveness, develop capabilities, manage performance, and ensure talent continuity. Success in this role requires strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of field dynamics within the pharma industry. Key Responsibilities: - Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership, aligning people priorities with business objectives. - Talent Strategy: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for field roles. Develop robust leadership pipelines for key sales positions. - Performance & Productivity: Foster a performance-driven culture through effective goal-setting, reviews, and incentive planning. - Capability Building: Collaborate with Learning & Development to implement skill-building initiatives for sales teams, FLMs, ZSMs & Sales Heads. - Employee Experience: Enhance employee engagement across zones, improve field connectivity, and proactively address ground-level HR challenges. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, field-level regulations, and labor laws. - Team Leadership: Lead and cultivate a large HR team, ensuring consistent execution across regions and all HR functions.
